There are a lot of them:
In 1991, at Summerslam, "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig and Bret Hart put on what is easily one of the top five technical matches of all time.
Bret Hart and Chris Benoit put on a great match when they wrestled in an Owen Hart tribute match.
Bret and Owen also had a series of fantastic matches.
Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels in an Iron Man match at Wrestlemania XII.
Randy Savage and Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlemania III.
Jerry Lynn and Rob Van Dam had some fantastic matches. RVD and Sabu had some good ones, too.
A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe, and Christopher Daniels in a triple threat match. This is probably TNA's best match yet.
Samoa Joe and CM Punk's matches from RoH.
Jushin Thunder Liger and Brian Pillman from WCW's early days.
Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat had an amazing series of matches.
Rey Mysterio, Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho, Psicosis, Juventud Guerrera, and others put on great Cruiserweight matches in WCW.

The greatest Wrestling match I've ever seen is Kurt Angle v.s. Brock Lesnar for the WWE championship at Wrestlemania 19. This match leaves you on the edge of your seat near the end of the match, and I feel that both Kurt and Brock gave every ounce of energy, and pushed each other to the limit.

Dusty and Dustin Rhodes and The Nasty Boys vs.Stud Stable
The Rock vs HHH vs.Kurt Angle SumerSlam 2000
The Rock vs.Ken Shamrock vs.Mankind- steel cage
The Rock vs.Hulk Hogan
The Rock,Chris Jericho and Mike Chioda vs.The Dudley Boyz and Nick Patrick.
Stone Cold vs.Shawn Michaels at WM
Stone Cold vs.Kane on Raw
Those are great matches and some of my favorite matches.

The greatest match ever was and will always be Ricky Steamboat vs Randy Savage for the Intercontinental Championship @ Wrestlemania III. Just the fact it was a back and forth contest you didn't know what was coming next. If it weren't for that match there would be no Austin vs Rock, Undertaker vs Mankind, Jericho vs Angle, Angle vs Benoit, Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon, Rock vs Hogan.

Shawn Michaels vs Kurt Angle from Wrestlemania 21. PS, Hogan vs Andre sucked, it was just a slam, I watched the match and personally Ive seen better action in a Khali match. Just bc I know someone is going to put that.

I have quite a few favourites.Michaels and Bret Hart in the iron man match was legendary...noonw thought two superstars could keep a crowd entertained for one hour but they did and wrote there name in wrestling history.
Also, I thought the buried alive match,also a first at the time between Austin and Taker at Rock Bottom 98 was legendary and saw austin bury taker for the first time.
My favourite match of all time was Undertaker vs Mankind in a hell of a cell. This was a match like no other. I thought it was over after about 5 minutes when Mick Foley got thrown from the cell and JR shouted "Hes broke in half" watching the match i thought he was serious. The best thing about this match was the heart and attitude of Foley. He wasent the best superstar but god knows he tried the hardest and every fan cheered him after that night and rightfully so. I think that was the match that made me realise that i was a fan for life!!!
