Of course not. It just makes him more popular with his fan base. Works the same for Howard Stern, the Jersey Guys, Opie and Anthony, Rush Limbough, and Ann Coulter.

And why is this? I have a horrible feeling it's because we (the listening audience who pays these people's salaries) are, at base, a bunch of insecure haters looking for a target.

Not me! Imus is the man. If I didn't listen to him on the way to work I'd go crazy!
I think suspension is enough.

Demons attract other demons- There are a significant amount of demonic spirits that possess people of like caliber In this world (The spirit of racism and segregation). Most of these people who are demonically possessed will revel themselves throughout this saga. Those demons who are unspoken give their consent by not saying anything (IF YOU ARE NOT STANDING UP IN OPPOSITION AGAINST EVIL THEN YOU ARE STANDING UP FOR IT!). No, I do not think that Imbus will lose any supporters who are demon possessed, demons will continue to support him.

Matthew 25:41 (Living)
Then I will turn to those on my left and say, 'Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons.

I didn't really know who Don Imus was before this travesty. One thing is certain. He will see RECORD numbers of listeners on his first post suspension show. People now know who he is.

He will lose much of the Nappy headed ho' crowd. And perhaps the porch dwelling monkeys. But I don't see him losing much support at all in other areas.

The sensitivity police really need to get a life. His whole schtick is massive sarcasm and irreverent humor.

I personally dint find him entertaining.

No, IMO, his ratings may increase a bit. This is what he does and it is why he has a large following, they love the outrageous.
