Yeah, I think I'd be a little startled. There's a lot of old people in my family. lol

Always. I have a very dear friend who's going through some very hard times. I've driver to her place in the middle of the night after a late call many times. If I wasn't around, I don't think she would be either. Every time the phone rings in the middle of the night, my heart races.

not as much any more because my children are grown and gone. but when they were living at home yes we would panic when the phone rang late at night especially if one was out of the house

Unfortunately, it comes with the territory - if my phone rings in the middle of the night I panic.

It would get my attention real quick. Last time I had a phone call in the middle of the night I was told my brother had died. SO yes, it would concern me very much so, as both my parents are old.

Answer it and see what the person on the other end wanted. I wouldn't be scared or panic because if I didn't want them to call I wouldn't have given out my number.

the poor phone if rang in the middle of the night, i would just have to buy a new one

It always makes me think something is wrong. 9 times out of 10 it is a drunk wanting a pizza. Or some little old lady asking for Clara. There is no Clara here.

I would roll over and look to see who it is. If they are important enough to answer, then I answer. If it is some random number, I might answer and yell an obscenity at the caller, just because they are being very rude and inconsiderate.

YES!!! oh my god! ok one time, the phone rang @ like...2am and then some1 was knocking on the door. i freakin panicked but still ran 2 the door (wat an idiot) and it was my bros bf and i was in my nightgown and he was like super hot! latr that night, my bro told me that his friend had said i was hot. if my recent bf found out, he would,nevrmind. there has not been one time that i hav not panicked when the phone has rang in the middle of the night though.

no, my phone usually rings in the middle of the night once in a whileand I look to see who it is. and if its not no one important like my son, or police., I just let it ring and keep sleeping,
