Do you think he explotes people on tv for ratings? Well my sister thinks so. He ridicules them and roasts them then offers help. What do you think? For people to watch tv you have to have women sleeping with their sisters husbands but why isn't people caring about all the children dying. I think he does help people even if it makes him rich. some of the shows are real problems in the world that others are going through. whats your take on it?

I really enjoy the Dr. Phil show. I think he is smart and tough, but very honest. I don't think it's all about the ratings or the money because he is quite wealthy already and could have moved on to something else. I like when he confronts clueless people or child molesters who have damaged innocent children. There are so many damaged people in the world who won't admit that they have hurt people. I like his style. Sometimes he says the absolute perfect thing. He does offer a lot of counseling and seems to care about the outcome of the difficulties. He's a lot better than Dr. Keith Adlow or some of the other "Dr's" on tv

I LOVE Dr Phil. I only watched him when he was on Oprah. We don't get his show in UK. When he was on Oprah he gave out some good advice. Some of the stuff he said has been really important to me. I have his book Do What Works Do What Matters, it is brilliant. But I can't really comment on anything he's done in the last 10 years!

I like Dr. Phil I watch him often. Hes good but sometimes I feel like we get nothing out of it. I mean he gets people the help thy need/want, but I think he should do more updates or whatever. I like when people are in the Dr. Phil house becuase its more interstiong seeing them live together and all. I thought todays show was good. As if the grandfatehr didnt know what he was doing. C'mon now! Dr. Phil states the obvious and is not ashamed to say it. Hes okay!!!

I like Dr. Phil; I've been interested in psychology since high school, and I think he is right on the money about the advice he gives them. Before we can cure the world's problems, we have to learn how to cure our own problems first.

All tv is a business first, entertainment second. Everyone is out for the ratings so that they can get the sponsors. As far as Phil goes, I don't watch him because he gets under my skin. Not an Oprah fan either.

I think He has good advice and is a smart Guy, I just can't watch him he is too annoying and full of himself. He loooves the sound of his own voice though... Yeah he exploits peoples problems for ratings but when you have shows like "The bachelor" and "Cheaters", don't get me started on "Springer" I think a Guy trying to help a few people can't be all bad.

He just uses common sence. He sayes what should be said. If its fake, we have a lot of people out there with all these real fake problems I hope they are watching.

He exploits people and is such a fake. He doesn't care one bit for any of them. He just wants to money and ratings.

I think he tells it like it is and if people don't want to hear it, they can change the channel.
