A co worker apparently has an issue with another co worker for being married to an executive over seeing a transition. Lady A happens to be lesbian Laby B married to the executive asked me if I know if Lady A was with another lesbian Co-worker C. Lady B(married) felt that if so then Lady A would be hypicritical trying to push Lady B out the back while having a relationship at work. I said no I had no knowledge of them being together & how did you get there. Lady B explained how she heard this & that & nothing to stand on. I again said no & that what limited info I knew said they were just friends in fact that if together why would one live with her partner in Berkley while the other one doing the pushing lived 30 miles away. Lady C asked me later what the latest was on Lady B to which I said Lady B didnt expect to last much longer & seemed to be heading down a path only making things worse. I should have let it go but it didnt seem fair Lady C or A being accused & it slipped out.

that Lady B seemed heading down the path linking A & C together. C is very honest about her sexuality A I dont know about. C is in a relationship but not with A which obviously would be in jepedy if the accusation came up & Lady A again I'm not sure how out she is. Lady C told Lady A who is now using it to get Lady B fired faster as lady B was already basically out the door however Lady A seems to feel this wasnt fast enough so now its all screwed up & I wonder if I can be fired for anything?

i agree the married lady should have been gone & sadly part of all this is because of the transiton which resulted in lay offs & thus Lady A has some issues with the group I came in with. I'm normally not one for talking or hearsay but admit I faulted & put myself in this now but still doesnt seem like I did anything wrong & noone & nothing I said wasnt already involved. It wasnt like I went to some 5th party person & started giving the 411 on everyone else. I really could have if I had talk C about some of the actual reasons why B thought A & B were together LOL. Trust dont ever trust anyone...

If you are in an "at will" employment situation, you can be let go at any time, for any reason.

#1 lady B should have been let go long ago for her relationship with an executive. Contrary to popular opinions personal relationships play a pretty small role in the over all transitions of corporate moves. The jobs and their position in the new plan play a much larger role.

My advice, stay out of all of that drama...speculating and gossipping is just wasting too much time and energy on something that is basically none of your biz and something you have not control over.

Let others talk, whatever...don't take sides and don't get involved...when you go home, leave it at work. That kind of negativity is not healthy, and who really cares who does what with whom as long as they don't try to do it with you.

Walk away...run away if possible, and leave it alone...let people with no lives, apparently, gossip about it and whatever...you are better than that.

I suspect you are in danger of termination for having more than one letter in your last name. That's a wierd place you work with all those people with only one letter. Perhaps you should change your name legally to a digit. You could probably run the company.

Yes. Fight or flight. Leave or be forced out.
How pathetic to beg for a job to work with people who stab you in the back. Tell them to place the job between your outer labia.
