i mean can they be the difference between ugly and hot assuming everything else is the same. Also wat is waxing of eyebrows exactly? wat exactly happens? is it just reducing your eyebrow hair or shaping it as well?

Yes eyebrows make a difference..but in my opinion only if they are HUGE and out of control or you have a bad unibrow. Waxing it will shape your eyebrows and will take hair away obviously

They make a difference, but more between pretty and very pretty. Waxing eyebrows removes the hair and shapes the eyebrow as well. Hot (not burning hot, but liquid) wax, is spread on the hair to be removed and then a cloth strip is placed on top of the wax and smoothed over it. It is allowed to sit for a few seconds, and then the cloth is pulled off in one quick, smooth motion that hurts like a beeyotch along with the unwanted hair. (opposite the direction of hair growth, i think)

I've always had deep set eyes with kind of low eyebrows. I finally started removing all of them and got permanent make up.
