my ex-best friend and i have'nt spoken in about 8 years ,but we were best friends before that all our lives our parents were friends when we were born anyway my grandmother pasted away a few weeks ago and she came to her furnel but we never spoke I was wondering should Icall and ask her to go to lunch some time or no I really do miss her

It has been eight years since you've stopped talking and i think it is about time to forgive and forget. If you really miss her then take the first step to fix your relationship with her. I went through the same thing just recently and i know how it feels to lose a friend real close to you. Good luck!

im in the exact same situation. Well i was.
i called her. i told her how much i missed her n if we could catch up. she sed yes n we got 2gether. now we cant be seperated again.
or if her bday is coming up or something, send her like a easter egg (for easter) or a bday present withh a card saying how much u miss her n put ur number on the card.
she may call n if not, dont give up! call her!

you should totally call her and talk to her. If you miss her then im sure she misses you too. You can never replace a best friend, so my advice would be just go for it. If it doesnt work out, then it just wasnt meant to be and maybe she just isnt ready.

It wouldn't hurt to try. The worst that can happen is that she would say no and at least you would know you tried.

definately. i mean if u miss her... she probably misses u too! besides 8 years is too long to still be mad.
