Nope. Not unless it's a back alley kind of place and I wouldn't go to one of those because you can get a disease from them that could kill you. Just wait 2 more years and then you can get covered in them if that's what you want to do........

o0o0oh boy...uhm no not really...tha onli way you can do it is if you get it in one of those hiding places like an alley or something...and thas not kewl cz they prolly don`t even clean the needles and you could get some kind of diease and it could kill you...besides yure only 16...wait till you get out of yur diapers and see if you want one!!

no, because if you already know that your parents would not want you to get one you would be doing something behind their back. they would just be upset and feel they have lost all trust in you to do the right thing.

I don't think so. In my state you even have to be 18 to get your ears pierced.
