for those who are econ/fiscally conservative and/or support original GOP ideas (less government, open market, freedoms for businesses, pro-capitalism, ect)
do you support legalized prostitution and drugs?

why or why not?

prostitution-
legalized prostituion includes age restrictions, having a lisence to practice, regular STD/STI testing, mandatoruy safe sex practices

legalized prostitution has reported no tranmission of STD/STI due to their safe, rigid regulations

sex workers provide a service, shouldn't they be able to do their jobs safely and be paid fairly?

drugs:

can be just marijuana or other substances.

shouldn't people be able to choose what they do with their own persons?

the drugs/substances could be taxed.

it would be safer since they will be monitored and none will be laced with any other products

I think no this one I can understand that drugs is a broad term- which are okay to be legalized and which aren't?
why?

Children:

we're talking about things with age limits- unless you think everything should be g-rated and made for all ages kids are not effected in these issues

but for those of you who can't get off of the subject-
legalizing keeps kids safe.

a drug dealer will sell to a kid- no quams
someone who will be fired and jailed for selling to a kid most likely won't

only adutls can get substances and only adutls can be sex workers or employ their services

I think prostitution should be legal. If it is legal it can be regulated. I do not think that kind of behavior between two consenting adults should be illegal. Drugs; however, should be illegal because they pose a risk to others. If a person takes a drug and stays in their home they probably do not pose a risk to others but as soon as they leave their home in an drugged state they pose a danger to the people they encounter.

I agree with legalized prostitution and the legalization of marijuana, not drugs like heroin or meth though!

It'd be great for the economy, pure and simple! Selling is legal, f*cking is legal, so why isn't selling f*cking legal?

As for weed, weed offenses just clog up the system and takes away money that would otherwise be spent in our economy in the hands of government, which is bad!

I'm for legalization of mary jane, I don't know about the others. I am not for taxing it though. I am not for taxing anything. I think I lose about 50% of my income to taxes already and just because we start taxing something else doesn't mean we get a rebate on current taxes, they just keep sticking their fingers in our wallets.

I'm not sure about the prostitution thing. I guess soliciting laws would keep it illegal to be walking around selling it, as long as my son doesn't have to look at it, I would be okay with it.

Though I am entirely against drug use, I am totally for the legalization of all street drugs: marijuana, cocaine, heroine, crack, crystal meth, all of it.

This is not a moral condonation of drug use, I feel that any one who distorts his consciousness on purpose is a fool. But if you legalize drugs, you will break the back of the drug dealers, plus you can tax the heck out of drugs.

So legalize drugs, sell it in liquor stores, and tax it.

Some do some don't even some Christians don't have a problem with it if it isn't shoved in their face or their kids have to learn about it in school.

I don't agree with any legal use of drugs, or legal sex! Why would you? Why would you want to have our kids grow up in such a corrupt society? This is why I'm Republican, to keep the traditions and values in our society. How disgusting.

Mourn the late, great Republican Party. They died with Nelson Rockefeller.
