Because of the many additions and because of its prestige and experience, I'll have to go with the New England Patriots as the AFC champions. But then again, the same thing that happened to the Redskins last year could happen to them. I'll still stick with them. In the NFC, its a bit harder to pick, since there are a couple of teams capable of making the run to the SB. The Seahawks, Bears, Saints, and even the Eagles are capable of making it. From those 4, the Bears and the Eagles are out, since the Eagles counted on Jeff Garcia last year and the Bears had many players that they lost in the free agency. Between the Seahawks and Saints, I think the Seahawks are more capable of making it. They will now have most of their starters back from injuries, while the Saints have a great offense, but their defense is not good enough to contain some teams. So, my predictions are New England Patriots vs. Seattle Seahawks. The Super Bowl champ? The New England Patriots.

San Diego need retribution...they will be 12-4 in the regualr season and beat Baltimore in the Afc Championship
In the NFC..11-5 Tampabay will vs 12-4 Philadelphia...Philly will win
So the Superbowl will feature Philadelphia against San Diego....SD will win
