I am interested in getting a higher degree, to further pursue my career in the Entertainment Industry. I am interested in management, etc. I am having a terrible time deciding whether to get an MBA or Law Degree. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Have you taken the LSATs or GMATs already? The MBA is a lot more flexible and much more marketable. It's also less work than a law degree.

An MBA is a conversion degree. The idea is that you start out in Engineering, Media, computing or medicine and then you want to become a manager.

In an MBA you will learn a fairly broad spectrum of business and management related skills.

However MBA graduates are now a dime a dozen, and there are also a whole range of other postgraduate coursework degrees you might consider pursuing.

For example, there are Masters in Commerce, Marketing and probably you can find some in Entertainment management.

I am wondering why you would want to study law at all, because it does seem to relate to your career goals.

Well, if you want to work in the entertainment industry, go for the MBA.
