a cup of tea always helps, with nice relaxing music (I prefer classical). Just clear your mind, and rest for about 15 minutes to a half an hour. You should feel calm and content then (don't think at all about what has been making you nervous otherwise you will not be able to calm down)

Multivitamin tablet?? Deficiency in B12 will produce symptoms of nervousness, stress, panic, nausea, headaches, migraines, depression, head and hand sweating, dizziness, irritability, moodiness, inability to concentate, fatigue and exhaustion!! Scary hey??
Just go have a big glass of milk/milk substitute or two and you'll be able to settle down.....:0)
