The gram is a measurement of mass, while the liter is a measurement of volume. So it depends on the denisity of the substance you're measuring.

However, if it's water you're measuring, then 1 gram is 1 mL, so there would be 1000 g in one liter.

gram = milliliter, so 1 gram = .001 liter

gram is for mass weight liter is for volume they are not related!!
