It depends on what going prices are in your area. Here a blue acara would be about $5 for a very small one but about $15 for a good sized fish. Guppies go for about $8.00 a trio for really good locally raised stock. less for typical store varieties. It depends on if you feel you got a good deal or not. If your happy then you didn't get ripped off.

Yes you did. Acara's go for around $3.50 and guppies, even fancy go for .99 more than 4 they are $.75 unless they are feeders then they are $.10 each. If you buy more than 20 they are $.05 each.

I have seen Fancy Guppies go for $4.00. Blue Acaras can go for $5.00 - $8.00 depending on size. You paid a reasonable price.

Consider yourself lucky to go the freshwater route. Average fish in saltwater tank is $25. Don't complain.

idk about blue acras but some guppies are all the way up to like 5$. but i wouldn't buy for more than $2.

normally i would say that animals are worth more than any amount of money, but that is kinda alot! just go to Wal-Mart, or the beach. lol ( j/k about the beach thing!)
