Well, if they are transmitting, your fillings might get hot.....if you have no fillings, you'll still be iradiated by high power radio radiation. So if you're not too bright and want to get dumber by burning up some brain cells....go ahead, have a blast!

Just when the cops face plant you in the turf to cuff you when they arrest you for trespassing. ; D Seriously, though, research has been mixed on the effects of EMF (electro-magnetic fields), but they do not appear to be harmful, at least not in any immediate way. If you have any fillings or any metal rods from repairs due to other stunts gone wrong, those might decide to vibrate or even build up static charges. It does not appear to have any microwave capability, those can do some real, immediate damage. The real potential for injury would, of course, be falling (or, at least, the abrupt stop at the end of the fall) or electrical lines. Given the exposure to the elements, damaged insulation on the electrical supply is not an insignificant risk. And speaking of which, I'd make sure the potential for T-storms is O.

I think your answer will most likely emerge from how you get down again!! With all forms of climbing that I've experienced, getting down has been more difficult, and more dangerous, than climbing up.
I once got stuck half-way up a cliff-face. I froze - scared to move. Eventually I realised that, not matter which way I climbed, I might fall.
Since I was going to fall anyway, I decided to keep going up. I made it, obviously, but was able to walk down a different, easy track. Your tower may not offer you that option?
If you do climb, and can't get down, there could be a couple of compensations. You'll get your name in the paper for being an idiot. You could brreak the world record for the longest time spent at the top of a tower.
It is currently held by an un-named man in the Mediterranean area of Europe, in the early days of Christianity. He lived on top of his tower for 27 years!
Good luck!

Assuming you survive your climb, and you will only survive it if you DON'T reach the top then you will probably be charged with trespassing, maybe even criminal trespassing since you trespassed on someone else’s property with the intent of committing a crime.
If the radio tower is in use then it is putting out a lot of power. From the ground or even nearby the radiation won't be enough to hurt you, but if you climb the tower then before you reach the top the radiation will be strong enough to hurt you--think microwave.
So all in all I suggest you try to find something else to do. If you are that bored then contact a local church or civic league. They might be able to sponsor a youth organization or they might be able to put you on the road to doing something responsible that can be fun as well.
I never advocate suicide, but if it is a chance to remove the unintelligent from the population’s gene pool... But, I am sure you won't want to enter yourselves in the Darwin Awards: http://www.darwinawards.com/ read a few and you will see what I mean.

Just don't jump off, cuz you will most likely die. You will get in trouble with the cops and a fine. You could even be sent to juvi, but i'm not sure on that one. Have fun!

You would get hit for trespassing. A good cop will let you off with a warning as long as there is no damage or no other crimes such as underage drinking. Worst case you will get a fine and a court date and a lecture. Not a big crime, no long term record.

I am going to change an old saying a bit but it gets the point across. There are old climbers and bold climbers but there are no old, bold climbers. Think on that a while.

Trespassing will be the first charge. Criminal mischief the likely second if you damage the tower.
Why not use your intellect and energy for something worthwhile?
