Both bettas and glofish enjoy and do well from similar foods so you really don't have problem there. I would feed a good quality basic flake food as the staple of the diet and add to that blood worms, brine shrimp, daphnia and similar frozen foods. They all will enjoy these foods and do just fine.

Bettas do need to eat more than once every two days. Some people prefer to feed once a day, some twice a day. Personally I prefer two smaller feedings, once with flake and once with frozen or live foods, but that entirely up to you.

Zebra danios are omnivores while the betta are carnivores. So I'd feed them all a basic fish flake, and a high protein food. Freeze dried blood worms, or brine shrimp would be good. Just throw both in at once and let the fish eat what they will. If the betta eats the normal flakes his system will just pass the vegetable matter. The higher protein foods won't harm the danios.

First off. You should not keep the goldfish with the betta, because eventualy either your betta or all your goldfish will die, and soon after that your betta will die. If you insist on keeping them and no aggression exists, you will encounter aggression during feeding. If i were you id test around, try feeding your bettas small pellets when they are near the top of your bowl so they spot and eat them fast. And then throw in your goldfish flakes which bettas wont eat.
Betta pellets are usualy small and round
Goldfish flakes are colorful
You should feed your Betta once every 2 days as a result of their slow metabolism they do not eat a lot.
Feed your goldfish 2 times a day in small amounts Make sure you do not over feed as they will die and fast.
