As much as possible.
It is nice when legs and feet look good. It is nice enough if they look good to me only. However, it is even nicer if they look sexy to someone else as well.

Not very often, although I think my old beat-up work shoes are sexy. My wife doesn't agree. Matter of fact, she is threatening to throw away all my shoes if I do not get my lazy behind to the store for something better.( Man I hate it when she's right)

as often as i can! but i am a stay-at-home mom, so... not nearly as often as i would like. it would look pretty tacky at 7am taking the kids to the school bus.

Never. I prefer sneakers (vegan sneakers, that is, since I'm a vegan). I'd rather be comfortable.
