IRELAND HAVE THE CAPACITY TO GIVE A DECENT FIGHT AGAINST SRILANKA. THIS IS A MATCH BETWEEN TWO GOOD FIELDING AND BOWLING SIDES. BUT CONSIDERING THE PRESENT GOOD FORM OF SRILANKA IT WILL BE A GOOD MATCH TO SEE AND ENJOY. BUT WHO KNOWS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN JUST LIKE SOUTH AFRICA - BANGLADESH MATCH.

Considering their performance against New Zeland today and also considering the strength and present form of Sri Lanka, I do not think that they can give a good fight to Sri Lanka.

Ireland will give a good showing but unless Sri Lanka have an off day they should be too strong.

Ireland is a team that makes a lot of effort in the field and they have that 'never say die' attitude..but im afraid they dont quite have the talent and skill to beat sri lanka.

Yes they can give a good fight, though can't win !! they are playing with dedication and no wonder if they emerge as a good team in future !

but honestly as Lankans thrash Bangla ..how it went..
then look at the fact ireland & Neew Zealand match..
i'd think Lankans may win
But cricket is auncertain game..
