Anybody could leave the country with a surplus if they downsize the military by 20%. But when you aren't answering for the U.S.S. Cole and refuse to give the go ahead to kill Bin Laden all the while closing military bases right and left of course you look like you are helping the economy. Thats why we are so stretched thin right not is because of alot of B.J Clintons decisions regarding downsizing the military. Right place right time, thats Bill Clinton.

Yeah, well he also isn't a War President, who uses the military as a prop and back drop constantly. He also didn't bash the record of a person who ACTUALLY served in the dirty campaign that he ran.

Clinton was a Rhodes scholar. He was not drafted and chose not to enlist like many other guys did. At lease he did not commit to service and then go AWOL.
