Should I consider experimenting with a woman before I make a lifelong committment to a man?

I wouldn't say experiment first because it depends.

You have to really measure this urge. Cause sometimes it could be just a fantasy type of thing where eh, I want to so I will.

Or you could be a genuinely lesbain person. And therefore maybe will indeed take yourself out of the relationship.

Bottom line is you opened up with two key points

-i am straight
-i love my bf

If you are straight than this experimenting could just be a fantasy. And people indulge in these all the time but that doesn't mean we should.

Secondly, regardless of your attraction to women the love of the bf wont change so if you are indeed positioned more so towards the same sex you'd actually be helping him as well

Good luck! YAY

I would suggest that you try to sort out your feelings about women before making any kind of committment. It would also be better to make sure your boyfriend knows that you love him but you want to be fair to him and not make a committment unless you are sure.

Humans are pretty sexual creatures. Anyone or anything can be the object of our desires. However, committing to that man will make the relationship all the more special. Don't throw it away for an experiment.

I know exactly what your are talking about. I was with by BF for 3 yrs and i felt the same things you are feeling i thought something was wrong with me at first but i sat my best friend down had talked with her about it i told her i was scared and i just wanted to stop thinking about all of it!! But she told me somethings that calmed me down and then she reached over and kissed me and told me that she felt the same way and she told me that she found me to be the one for her. And all i can say is that if you dont follow this through you'll always be thinking of what could have happened. You might find that you like men and women i see nothing wrong with that i think it is almost natural. You may find things that us women cam do better than men and when you are with another women you can talk about anything and you both feels the same way about things you know sometimes its easier then sometimes it harder. I think that you should talk with someone or just experiment and see what happens that way you'll know for sure!!

Good luck girl

If you have these feelings, then you are probably not completely straight, which is ok.

Have you ever discussed having a third person in with your BF? It might make it good for both of you.

If you are not thinking about your BF (excluding him in your decision), then you might think twice about making the relationship any more serious than it is now...

YOu should...And if you do Make sure to communicate to the girl that is all your looking for..is an experience and that your comfortable doing it with her...I hate when str8 women are dishonest about just looking for a fling and then leave us women who are sure of our selves in the dark....Good Luck : )

You should, it will probably be a lot of fun! Definitely tell him though, he deserves the respect of knowing and, if he's like a majority of guys, will think it's really hot.

There are lifestyles that would allow you to have both. Is your boyfriend open to alternative lifestyles or experimenting? You only live once.

Peace!

You could be just that. Attracted. You just said you're straight. Maybe it's just a sexual thing? Just for fun perhaps?

You never know if you don't venture.
You have an attraction toward other women so they is some desire there.
