i have already changed the plugs and wires and using a higher octane gas and it still does this pease help.

a weak fuel pump or pluged filter
a temp sending unit
thease can be tested on your car with a good scan tool it needs to be tested cold
i would bet on the sending unit
i dont thins autozones scan tool will pull live data' for this test and since you drove it there its to warm to test

try to look at the air flow sensor in the intake boot.on alot of cars the sensor will get a buildup on the wire that measures the air coming into the engine and distorts the signal to the computer.find it and use a throttle clener in a spray can to clean it.also look at the egr.make sure you have a good vacuume running to it and the hose is not cracked going to it.also go ahead and changet the fuel filter.alot of people over look this when the service a car.

What engine do you have and is there a check engine light?
If it is a v-6 and only does it cold i would suspect leaking intake o-rings. That will normally set a check engine light with lean codes. After it warms up it normally runs fine.

sounds like the dirt is settling in the gas filter overnight.change the gas filter and see if that helps.
