What do I need to ask for when getting business cards made in relation to the paper, print, & finish for the highest quality card?

The thickest weight stock that can go into a laser printer without getting stuck is 65 lbs. Anything heavier is good.

You can get stock as heavy as you want. I've seen credit cards printed on paper as thick as 1/4".

But, the best advice is to go to a print shop that prints cards (Office Max, for example), and check out the paper for yourself.
