36 grams of water are 2 times the formula weight so you have two moles of water. Now if you go and look up Avogadroes number and multiply it by two you will have your answer. I do not what to make this too easy for you.

36 grams has 2 moles of water. Multiply by Avogadro's number, 6.02X10E23 molecules per mole and you are done
