I'm doing a project on lakes. And I have looked and looked and looked. But no webstie has told me the AVERAGE of the lakes in general. Like not just one of them.

In general the rainfall for a lake must either equal or exceed the amount exiting the lake through an outlet and evaporation. If it doesn't the lake drys up.
