Who thinks that Bruce is the greatest musician ever and deserves his title the boss yes i know he did not like that name

I think Bruce is in touch with the common man.
He's awesome, but not really the boss and neither is Bob Seeger, who they say is the other boss. Ya suppose it has to do with the monograms?

He is definitely "The Boss." I have been a Springsteen fan since Born in the USA but never really realized the range he has as a musician until my wife bought me "The Essential Bruce Springsteen" CD set. Not only does he write his own songs, but he is able to make different styles, beats , etc. all work for him. The term "artist" is thrown around so carelessly nowadays in music, but he is one of the few who can truly be called an artist in the purest sense. Not only is he an artist, he's also been a commercial success. HE has done it all!!

naw, he was OK, but nowhere near the greatest ever. Elton John was and still is better. To Bruce's credit, some guys copied his style and became huge successes themselves (e.g., Mellencamp).
