I am a born-again Christian and am not unforgiving, deceitful, or intolerant. I am a left-wing, though.

Jesus would not have had anything to do with EITHER party. When he was alive, he did not participate in politics and he would not today. Talking of deceitful, I'd say that the 9/11 conspiracy theory, the claims that Bush lied about WMDs for an excuse to invade Iraq, Kerry's claim that our military people are dumb, that it is somehow bad to be a Christian, and many many other left wing lies are as deceitful as you can get.

In the definition of a liberal as someone seeking to change society, and a conservative someone seeking to preserve it: Liberal, obviously.

In modern terms, as they're used to describe contemporary political ideaologies in America, niether. He'd probably be described as a 'radical zionist,' or 'religious nut job.'

GWB and the Republicans will be known by the fruit of their tree. They are all born again in lies, murder, and theft. Jesus had both liberal and conservative teachings. He is God and doesn't come under the classification of man.

He would be a libertarian. He did not come to be political, but to call us away from error.
But he also did not come to coerce us.
Yes, we have free will. God wants all to return to Him, and came to earth to remind us of that, but we have free will. We are not created as automatons.
