A bear's gotta eat. If you were starving, and the only way to eat was to kill a small animal with your bare hands, would you do it? I would. And it may not be pretty, some animals just don't want to get eaten.

Well, at least the polar bear kills the seal instantly. One swipe of the paw and the seal's gone, never even knew what hit him. But, you wanna know what really makes polar bears so anti-seal? They don't even eat most of it. Just feed on the blubber & skin, then leave the carcass for scavengers, like the Arctic fox. People also make coats out of Arctic foxes, but they do eat seals, albeit already dead ones - so does that make them anti-seal or pro-seal?
If you really want to be pro-seal though, you should start a campaign against the killer whale. They snatch seals right out of the surf, especially young pups just learning to swim. And you know how a cat will play with a mouse before killing it? Well pods of killer whales 'play' with their seal catch: they'll drag it out to sea, then toss it back and forth, flipping it through the air, even hitting it with their tail. The seal is alive through much of it. Makes death by polar bear sound better, no?
By the way, your question is kinda silly, but I thought I'd humor you a bit. If you really want to help the seals, you should send a letter to the Canadian government demanding they stop the annual seal hunt, taking place right now. Hunters kill hundreds of thousands of seals by clubbing them in the head, then drag them across the ice on hooks, then skin them. The seals are sometimes still alive during this process.
Also, do a video search for a leopard seal hunting penguins. Now that's an awesome predator!

And you're a vegan I hope? Get a life, humans are merely scavengers and we try to claim that we sit at the top of the food chain. The truth is, if it weren't for the relatively few people who are willing to kill the chickens, turkeys, cows, and pigs that everyone thinks comes nicely packaged at the grocery store, a great many people would be starving. That polar bear will never do anything to harm the planet, will never kill more seals than it can eat, and will never vilify another animal based on it's food preferences. You try finding something to eat north of the Arctic Circle.

Get a life little one! Go outside and truly watch nature! Stop sitting in front of a screen and saying "Oh so pretty!", " Wow!" and then think you understand! You do not! The only rule in nature is eat or Die! This is especially true in the arctic. Those polar bears need to eat and they need to eat a LOT of fat. That is because at over 125 degrees below they need the energy in the fat to keep them warm. Do they care for the seal? NO! At least not for anything but how it tastes!
