Breaking form reality, movies, music, and for stress, exercising. Attitude is huge, and when things get bad, I know that eventually they'll have to get better.
My Motto: "Never let the world beat you down"
If a 10 kid from Brazil with one leg, working 15 hours a day doesn't give up, then why should I. Most of us, in relatively speaking, have quite easy lives. We only worry when things go wrong and don't give enough credence to the routine of daily life and little things that make it worth living.

Movies like Punch Drunk Love and other great flicks
Try "Death to the Tinman", it's a short film that won the Sundance Film Festival in 2007... it's only $2 on Itunes, so get it!! It always cheers me up for some reason

I think it's my love for life and family, and religion. I really don't know what it is, but I know that if I ever quit, it would be selfish of me, because it could effect my friends and family. And since I know that with God's help I can get through anything, I know I can do anything. Also, the fact that I don't want to live to regret anything keeps me going. I don't want have any regrets. If I fail, I know I'll regret it. So I keep on going. I also like to live tough. I don't like to be a baby about things, because crying about it won't help. So whatever problem I have, I tough it out.

I have to agree with you there, but something else that keeps me going is the thought offeeling that rush that you get from solving a friend's problems or finally understanding that tricky math equation.
P.S. Ben and Jerrys rocks!!!!

Knowledge of all types. I absolutely love to learn from books, people, any situation.
I can be in the worst way ~~~ lost or lonely and books will comfort me every time.
Sorry if that sounds crazy but truth be told.

My husband and the life I have enjoyed being his wife for 29 years and still going. I almost lost him for various reasons several times. He almost died on my. I am thankful for everyday I can have with him. We never know when a loved one will be taken away from us so enjoy everyday you have with the ones you love for someday you may be all alone without them.

God strengthening me is what keeps me going, praying for myself, and knowing family and friends are also praying for me, and able, ready, and willing to listen to me if I just need an ear. Knowing that everyone and everything in life has its meaning, purpose, and reason for being as is, and that it works according to God's plan, and for the good of those who live for and love God. That seriously is what keeps me going.

i love to to be near water, especially a waterfall. there is one about 15 minutes walk, out of the way.
i find the best time is in the morning, when the cool air is moist.
i find is so relaxing ans soothing, tends to take most of my problems away with it.
