The answer is probably not.
American schools no longer give BS in Pharm degrees. The courses now are much more rigorous and lead to a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. In order to practice as a pharmacist you must pass the licensing exam which is prepared for students who have done their PharmD, so it will be difficult for a BS Pharm to pass it. Especially, the test will cover both laws and drugs commonly used in the USA rather than the drugs commonly used in India.
I think you would have to come to the US and find work as a pharmacy assistant or technician, and then study here for a while. There are some states which will still allow BS Pharms to be licensed, so you will have to check which ones. After you are here a few years and have become familiar with the American laws and drugs, then I think you might be able to be licensed in one of those states.

most schools in U.S. now teach to Pharm. D., but in most states, (it depends what state you plan to live in), you need only a Bachelor of Pharmacy to be licensed to practice. Check with an individual state's Board of Pharmacy for licensing requirements.
