ok, how old do you have to be to have hymen? is that somethign your born with?
because i read about some crap and i realized i could have broken mine a long time ago when i was like 8 or something because i fell of this chair and landed on some stuff and it kinda hurt down there so i went in the bathroom and there were a few dots of blood, i never told anyone abotu it cause i was embarrased and freaked out yet i didnt think it mattered. im just really curios. i wasnt naked or anything when i fell, heh, but yeah.

You are born with a hymen. Some girls, however, are not born with a hymen, and most girls that are born with one don't make it to their first sexual encounter with an intact hymen as any kind of impact like horseback riding, falling onto something, vigorous activity, lots of kicking or gymnastics, or any other physical activity can tear the hymen.
To check if your hymen is intact, simply feel around the first few centimeters of your vaginal entrance. If you feel a barrier (even if it doesn't cover the entire vaginal entrance), your hymen is intact. If you don't, it isn't. If it isn't, it does not mean that you are no longer a virgin, as the hymen and virginity are in no way related except in myth.

Most women are born with a hymen but it can be broken such as through a fall, or like in my case thru my first pelvic exam and pap smear at age 18 when the dr used a regular sized instrument called a speculum to do the exam.

Females are born with a hymen. And it is very much possible that yours was broken during that accident but theres nothing to worry about. You should talk with your parents or your doctor, they will understand because things like that happen all the time.

If you have a hymen, you are born with it. Some woman are born without one, but majory have it. It sounds like you have broken yours judging by your description. You can break your hymen doing a myriad of activities, so its probably gone now.

You are born with your hymen intact. Many girls/women bust their hymen long before their first contact with sex. Horseback riding, biking, tumbling, splits...the list is endless. Don't worry about it.

Is born with it... but sometimes the gal might broken it if they had a fall or kana hurt in somehow.... the gal might not know whether they had their broken when they are young but doesnt means that they are not virgin

Yes, your born with it and if you were bleeding and didn't go to the doctor and you were fine I tink you broke it. If you not a virgin then if when he first came in did you fell it brake then you didn't if no you probably did.

yes you are born with it, and it can break from stretching, horse back riding, or just random incidents like you had. I think I broke mine when I was younger too cause something just like that happened to me and I was confused. haha

You have to have hymen until when u are dis-virgined by a man or through a rigorous exercise..or it can be removed surgically.
