DWABBLE = Intelligent mindless banter, usually contradicting itself by its natural humor! I am 100% sure!

Can't find such a word!! There is "dabble"--to do things superficially, "mess" around in something; nothing seriously undertaken. I thought there was a word "dwaddle", but can't find that, so guess not!!
