my daughers skool was having a dance off and her group lost cause another group who also did fergalioious won because they threw candy into the crowd. thats not fair in my opinion. i mean, they worked hard and a solid cheet won. opinions plz!

Well if you ask the crowd then you know there going to say it was absouluterly fair. I don't agree. But then again the other team thought up a way to gain a higher standing and who says you can make less of them just because the other team though up an extra thing to do to win the crowd over? Couldn't your daughter's team have thought up soemthing else too?

You're 100% right. It's not fair, and if they are being judged on their dancing and the other group won just because they had candy that is wrong.

Alls fair in love, war, and school dance offs. Props to the group creative enough to come up with that idea. Like we are seeing on American Idol, its not necessarily about the quality of the singing.

Don't get grumpy because someone else had more creativity than your daughter's group. *shrugs* sorry, but that's how I feel. Is it morally right? ehh..that's a hard one to call, but..if the rules didn't specifically say anything against it, no harm no foul.

well are you sure it was the candy that made the other group win? if it was then that is not fair...it should of been judged on how they dance...

You are right, it was cheating, and they should have been disqualified immediately. In fact, if I were you, I would report it to the main office of the school, or whoever promoted it.
