to keep a low profile means to not draw attention to yourself,,to be un noticed and in the midst of chaos means during trouble or during a lot of crazy things going on,,,or living at my house !!!,,,,hope this helped

"to keep a low profile" is to not be noticed. "in the midst of chaos" is in the middle of something crazy or insane.
