Josh Smith is so underated, this guy is a stud, he almost had a quadriple double this year...he drops good numbers and plays great D, and he's even 2nd in blocked shots, and he is not even a true center or power foward.....Hawks will make playoffs next year (No Joke), and Josh Smith is gonna be a star for many years to come, mark my words.

Andre 'Dala no doubt. Josh Smith shows potential but is a shmuck! Anyone who can't respect his coach doesn't respect his team. Look at AI2 when Iverson was still with the 76ers. He never complained of touches and he didn't pull off a prima dona attitude. Though Smith may be better defensively, Andre also fills up the stat line pretty fast and he's quick and has showmanship. The 76ers didn't go wrong by making him the 1st option after the original AI left.

Ok ok who is that NHL user who just said that Andre Iguadala is too short to dunk....he was in teh dunk contest..obviously that person isnt a basketball fan AT ALL..he is a great dunker along with Josh Smith. They are both great basketball players and i think depending on what teams they play make their games turn out differently. Matched up on one another...well it would just be who had the better day. Probably A.I. though...

yeah i agree....both players are very intriguing for their all round game.
in looking at them closer, you can see many similarities in their game. both are young stars who are leading their teams. both put up decent numbers at the offensive end, they both rebound and defend well. i would argue that smith gets the better numbers at the defensive end when you consider his rebounding, steals and blocks. on the offensive end both score reasonably well and both do it on their athleticism. neither is a solid perimeter threat, but both can hit the shot. AI is the better passer, logging big numbers in assists.
in terms of all round game, u would have to give it to AI. he has had numerous triple doubles since iverson left the team. Smith on the other hand has been near tis feat just once. and still he was shy 1 point.
in terms of an athletic wingman who can defend well and run the floor, u would give that to Smith. in terms of an all round wingman who can run the floor and do a little bit of everything, u would give that nod to AI.
overall i would agree and say that AI is better purely because he loggs alround stats. however defensively id prefer the long arms and hops of Smith

yea this is a pretty tough one and you cant really go wrong but i personally like josh smith more only because he plays better defense. smith is top 2 in block shots this year and gets steals and can be just as flashy as iggy, but wont score as much but ill take defense over offense.
