first off for the record i don't care much for that IMUS guy. his political views are a little too skewed to the right for my liking. now that being said i do think that the blacks are some of the most hypocritical people on earth!! yes they constantly think it is acceptable to pass judgement on all other races except themselves. from my personal experience they are some of the most racist people on earth now. i have had many black friends over my many years on this planet and most of the time everything was fine as long as we were mono o mono. then the minute that other blacks were around suddenly i was the odd man out and the aka(white boy). infact i am of american indian heritage so my people were discriminated against and subjugated long before the slaves arrived here. the more i see all of this hypocrisy in the black community the more that i realize that in reality they will never accept anyone other than their own people and want to yell murder everytime someone steps on their little toes. RIDICULOUS I TELL YA!!!!!

I guess I'm trash. Free speech is a wonderful thing.
Imus is just the latest to get the shake down from "black" leaders demanding justice and, by the way, give me a check.
If he's guilty of anything, it's for be stupid to make this comment in the public. He is no more guilty than blacks who routinely make racist comments on cable channels, movies, or rap songs. It's just that Imus is a white guy and said this on AM radio and MSNBC Imus show. Howard Stern can say whatever he wants, but he's on satellite radio and there is a difference.
Now, if someone more thoughtful than me can explain why every rap song by popular black artists use these words and many more racially inflammatory statements in their "songs", I'm willing to listen.
You see no cries from the "black" leaders to have these rap artists fired or censored, they just want the check to clear.
Imus is just a victim of the media to make news and for a racial shakedown of some deep pocket companies.

From what I even have considered on the information and on CNN at present approximately it fairly is that there are some Caucasions as nicely as different races that are very indignant via this assertion and that want Imaus fired. There are some African human beings calling for Imus to be fired, butthere additionally are people who're asserting that a truthful apology with a hand slap is adequate. I agree that replaced into an extremely gruesome assertion from Jesse Jackson. I even have not respected him the comparable on account that that assertion. notwithstanding, Jesse Jacson is self empl;oyed. this is extremely puzzling to bypass to Jesse and say, please hearth your self. See the version?

I agree with you completly! Jessie Jackson has a mouth that
has needed to be shut up for a long time! These black people
need to realize that the world doesn't revolve aroun them. Don't even start screaming discrimination in every direction!!
This government wouldn't be going broke if it wasn't for the ones that believe in drawing of the government instead of doing the unthikable and actually earning money instead of disability and foodstamps! Rate it how you want but it hurts when the truth is thrown in you face doesn't it!!!!!

Here lately it seems that white folks have to watch everything they say but black folks have total freedom of speech! I think things would've been alot better if they would've talked smack about the way he dresses or that hat--let the man keep his job, if you don't like him--don't watch him. If everyone stops watching he'll be taken off the air anyway. But if his ratings go up....well...?

If a black celebrity made a racist remark about white people, nothing would be said about it. And if (white) people DID say that they should be fired for it, Al Sharpton would be there defending the black person from the "oppression" of the white people, and defending his or her right to free speech.

Jackson was not making racial slurs, he was commenting on political views.
As for Imus--if this were an isolated incident, it would be reasonable to give him another chance. But it is not. He has engaged in racist insults before--repeatedly. And given-and broken--his word to stop. He should be fired.
Inus is a racist--and so are the trash who defend him.
PS--I am white.

If your example is that since black people have said "racist" things about white people that we should not complain about what Imas said, then every thing a black person says or does against white people should be justified based on what white America have done to us.
I don't understand why you defend this person.
