can anyone help me.i can pay it back at 400 per month for 7 years

I would suggest finding a private lender. You can try a mortgage broker, but my experience with mobile homes, is they are hard to find financing for because they depreciate so fast. And, for the small amount of money, your best bet is a private lender. Good luck!
