No and then I end up using a papertowel or babywipe. :(
It just doesn't feel the same.

Always! Definitely so! Just in case: Keep in mind to bring a couple of rolls of toilet paper with you if going to a public bathroom in a park, gas station, restaurant, or any public place. That way, you won't feel bummed out. LMFAO!

Not at home. There had BETTER be some at home, lol, or I'm gonna hurt someone...but in more or less public ones, yes I do, and I sometimes make sure I carry tissues with me, and wet wipes for my hands, so I don't have to touch the stuff they have in some of the places!

If it is a public restroom then yes. If it is my own then I know I have toilet paper. I never run out.
