Go to a generic store like Walmart, Target, or Kmart. Also try secondhand stores like Goodwill and Salvation Army.

Honestly, some of the most comfortable hoodies were college hoodies I got at the school bookstore.

You dont have to get the tight ones, just buy them in a bigger size. They are only tight if you buy the smaller size. It is hard to find good hoodies these days.
