any suggestions before D&C?

I'm scheduled for a D&C tomorrow, i've read about the procedure, side effects, etc...any suggestions before i have the D&C tomorrow?

plan to be taken care of after the d&c. Have someone drive oyu home from it. Don't smoke before or after it. If you're going to have anesthesia eat a light mean like a salad the night before you get it done, don't drink anything or eat anything after midnight the morning before... not even water.

Not really much preparing for you to do but I wouldn't eat too much. You probably wont be sleep but you wont have controll of your functions.Don't worry , just relax.
