It is a 2 part question:
Do you think the increasing size of NFL Lineman (both defense and offense) are causing players at high school levels to eat unheatlhy to gain weight? Do you feel that the NFL should begin to regulate the size of their players for the players saftey and for those trying to emulate them?

Adrian Peterson. He wasn't getting as much attention in the first half of the season because of the Pats and the Colts. Now that the Colts have lost and Pats are undefeated.. all the attention seems to be on him. How can a player that gets more than two hundred rushing yards in a game be overlooked? Is it because the rest of the team isn't really playing or has he become what Jason Taylor has become for the Dolphins? The player with the name and the ability.. the only one recognizable and will play with all his heart no matter what the season looks like. The only other player that comes close is Randy Moss who has finally been placed with a good team where he can showcase his ability. He has really good hands and can run the ball.. put on top of that a good QB and a great offensive line.. then question why (as I hate to say it) they are undefeated. If Adriane Peterson were given that offensive line, he would be the player will all the honorable mention right now. But when you compare 9-0 to 3-5, of course people aren't going to pay attention because they don't think you're doing your job.

Should players who enter the NFL without a college degree get paid the league minimum? Any other high paying job requires a college degree, so why shouldn't sports teams require the same? It would keep these guys in school and make college football that much better.

Q: If you are at an NFL game and your team is playing badly do you get up and leave or grab a beer and cheer for the cheerleaders?
A: At a Lions game it is better to grab the beer and hang out until the end of the game (less traffic, not many fans stay until the end).

I think a question that is hard to answer is what is the most important position in football? The sexy pick is the quarterback......but where would he be without his offensive line? Where would the line be without someone to run the ball.......what about the big hitting safety or the big time wide receiver? You can make a case for almost any of them....But who is the most important.
