I'm just wondering if there's something you can do to carry multiples besides in vitro or taking those ovulation pills. Does anyone knows any natural way to conceive twins or multiples? Any old wives tale you know???
I'm just curious and since it's always a topic in my friends and I conversation. I want to apply something to it.

You can wait until you are older to have children. Women over 38 tend to expel more than one egg at a time. You can eat a lot of yams (unfortunately, the african yam isn't imported into our country. Don't know if our yams have the same effect). That's it.
While it may be exciting to have twins or other multiples, be aware that the rate of loss is much higher than singletons. Black women are much more successful at giving birth to twins than other groups.

there is fairly no longer something you may do to extend your possibilities of twins. notwithstanding there's a tribe in Africa that eats a lot of yams that has a larger then favourite social gathering of twins. So per chance devour a lot of yams?

I don't think there is. What I have heard is that fraternal twins are usually genetic and identical twins are spontanious.
