First of all, it's parent.
Trust is earned. You earn their trust by proving you are trustworthy. If you are not proving that you are trustworthy, then they won't trust you. This is true for any relationship. If you had a friend that calls you all the time and says "I'm coming over this afternoon" but then never shows up, and makes other plans, would you trust them the next time they called? No. Same thing with your parents. If you tell them "I'll be home at 4pm," You need to be home at 4pm on the dot. If not, they won't trust you. If you consistently prove that you can be trusted, they will trust you. If you break their trust, it will take 100 times being perfect for them to forget the one time that you were not.

Well it all depends on what you've earned trust or mistrust. Don't give them a reason not to. Don't hide things from them that they need to know, don't lie to them. Trust earns trust. please trust that your parents know what's best for you or at least thats their intent, no parent is perfect, but we do the best we can to keep our children safe at all ages, but it's my opinion that a good parent never completely trust their child, see that's just it your a child until your an adult and your just learning, you have parents to watch over you, that's their job, but be a good kid and earn what you get , you'll be surprised that works the best.

Show them. Actions speak louder than words. Sit down and ask what you can do to earn trust and realize they just want to protect you.
