The weak (?) anthropic principle is implied as there are observers (us) in this universe. While our presence does not specifically mean that this is the only inhabitable universe, it does limit the acceptable bounds for fundamental forces and constants.

Multiple universes would not exist in different dimensions. All the dimensions that effect us are in our universe. It is believed that there are 11 dimensions at the present time.
If other universes existed outside our universe, it implies nothing. The effects of another universe do not affect our universe. Anything that has effects on our universe is in our universe.

If some of the thoughts that are being proposed are true it means that other universes may exist which would have their own laws of physics. Some may be empty. We would never know they existed and could never communicate with them

That we are not unique and that time is not continuous. It could mean that time has no meaning and that we just measure it because in an alternate universe there can be something else happening.

worm holes and teleporatation are more likely real as they often theorize skipping into another dimension to do this, there could be dopplegangers, another planet the same (opposite) as this one reflected in another dimension. More likely to be life elsewhere.......... we are lacking in our understanding of space and time. the dimensions are just another side of the object which we don't see.
