They are grade school questions but are usually subjects that are never used and we forget as adults. I also think that you have to pass the dumb test to get on the show. Last week I don't believe anyone answered a single question without cheating.

What I have heard, I can imagine a 5th grade teacher talking about but I am not sure you would find it in their text books. Only the very brightest of the 5th graders would remember such trivia.

I've only seen it a couple of times, but my 3rd grader knew most of the questions asked. Those are grade school questions but most adults have forgotten facts that they don't use on the job or in their home.

Probably are..
The thing is that we're not in the 1st to 5th grade..so
we're not exposed to that kind of information every day.
IT's like FACTOIDS...that have no use in an adults life
WHo cares how many planets are smaller than earth? Nobody
So.. technically those kids are smarter than adults if the adults are not focused on that information
