My friend's fish seems to throw up all the food she gives him, and she doesn't want him to die, so......can fish be bulimic?

Nope, bulimia is a mental disorder that fish would not be susceptible to forming. It probably is spitting the food out and eating it again as it softens in the water.

No, only humans. It is a mental disorder not a disease. Your friends fish does not like the food she is feeding. Change the food. He will eat.

the food is either too dry or too big. He is crunching it to moisten it and/or break it up.
