How can I get the backlight from my motorola v3 to last longer than 20 seconds?

i honestly dont think you can i think this is the standard setting done my motorola, if no one else knows for sure then i would say call motorola and ask if its possible sorry i cant help futher

There seems to be no user setting for this. Possibly the phone could be re-programmed, but this isn't a user option. Remember it's a very small battery and the short backlight helps with battery life
