I keep seeing this sticker on the back of cars - it's a blue square with two yellow horizontal lines. Does anybody know what it means? I can't find it on the Internet and it's driving me insane! I must know!

It's a yellow = sign on a blue background, and is the symbol for the Human Rights Campaign.
