To kill a mockingbird is one of my favorite books .. please share with me your experience with this book ... what elements of this story did you find especially memorable, humorous, or inspiring?

It is really the first book we read when we are reading semi-adult literature; it's what we are introduced to in 9th grade and what we finally realize a book can be, rather than sappy middle school novels. It's a real book.

Most of our book that we had to read this year were horrible (Ordinary People, Lord of the Flies). Out of all, this was the best!

I read this book in 9th grade. It was so good! I also enjoyed the movie. we watched the original black and white one.

To be honest with you, I found it hard to get through. Maybe I have ADHD. Who knows.
