Use Euler's formula. V-E+F = 2
14 - 20 + F = 1
F = 4
A polyhedron with 4 faces is a tetrahedron

Each vertex must have at least three edges
joining at this vertex. For 14 vertices we need
14 x 3 /2 = 21 edges.

Therefore the shape canot be a polyhedron.

I have no clue if its right, or if im even close but check a tetrahedron... I think its wrong though...
