my best friend of 3 yrs we went out of town for her daughter's dance competion and I rented a car...well as of last sunday haven't heard from her??!! ROYALLY PI@#$%^!! i feel liked i was used!!! OMG!! she know my past about trusting others because crap like this happened to me before and now she does it???!!!! What's up with that??!!!

What is stopping you from contacting her? It's only been a week(ish). With no other background than the words you typed here, it really seems like you are PI@3$%^!! for no real reason.
Did she stiff you on the rental car bill? Did she promise to contact you soon and then didn't? Does she owe you money for something else on the trip? Are you angry because you think she used you to get to the competition? What "crap" are you talking about? Other than not contacting you in the past 8 or 9 days, what exactly is the problem?

You rented the car for her? When was she supposed to be back? Is the car back?
Wow - I really hope nothing bad happend to her. Try calling hospitals between home and where the dance compitition was to make sure she was not in some accident. After that if you find she's just skipped town - call the cops and report the car stolen. Then dump her as a friend.

Sounds like she was only there for the free ride that's why I don't do a lot for people got sick of being used. Next time something comes up tell your friend she's welcome to come along if she pays her own way or half on a rental car hotel room or plane tickets. People think they're entitled to take advantage of people's kindness.

boo hoo hoo. does everything and everyone revolve around you. are you the sun? so what if she didn't talk to you for a week. maybe she's busy or something happened. what do you expect from her, a thank you note because you rented the car? some flowers because you rented the car?
if you're so obsessed with her, why don't you give her a call.

I hate to say it but maybe you need to talk to someone about why it is you find yourself with the same kind of people who in the past have hurt you. Sounds like you keep repeating the same pattern. Maybe it's not your friend with the problem? Good luck with that.

Why don't you just call her? Did she thank you for taking them to the competition? If she didn't that would make me mad. I would give her a call and tell her how u feel. In a decent way.

i know exactly how you feel. i have all types of two-faced, backstabbing bitches of friends. i trust the next one, and they act like everybody else. i trust the next one, and that person act like everybody else. you need to find your true friends and separate them from the fakes. it's going to be hard, it took me a while to find my true ones, so don't panic. exclude the two-faced ones and go to the next ones
